Emergency food distribution hours: Monday through Saturday 8 - 11 am. All-volunteer senior organization gathers surplus food from farmers and grocers to distribute to needy and seniors. People who are destitute or need emergency food may receive one-time help every three months; written referral required. No deliveries.Members receive food weekly, access to computers, fax, copy machine, and notary services. Membership requirements are: 18 years or older, or disabled, $20 monthly donation and a one-time fee of $3 (for a badge).Volunteers needed for 4 - 6 hour period during 6 am - 12:30 pm. Members who volunteer one day a week and in good standing may have their membership donations reduced to $15 after 3 months' volunteer service.Donations accepted for food, furniture, or clothing.
