An individual will need a referral card from a social service agency, community service organization or church. The Food Pantry will provide individuals and families with a 3 - 5 day supply of food. Food that is distributed is acquired through major food drives, private donations, the Food Bank, government commodities, and food that is bought with money donated to buy food Emergency weekend food boxes are located at Arch Halfway House (a referral card is needed from a referring agency to pick up food at the Arch.) Emergency intake workers, besides the regular referring agencies and churches, can refer people on weekends by calling the Helpline Center.
