Provides case management for individuals and families with low incomes and those who are homeless. Provides basic needs including clothing, congregate and home delivered meals, food boxes, rent and electric utility bill payment assistance, weatherization services, limited transportation, and information about and referrals to additional community resources. Assists with air conditioning repairs during the summer for those who cannot afford to pay for the repairs themselves.
