The Sugar Grove Food Pantry provides food and household materials to individuals and families who have been challenged by economic times or who have health related needs.The first hour is set aside for seniors and the disabled. Food and goods are available to residents within the Kaneland School District and residents of Big Rock and Presbury in (Aurora ). INFORMATION, REFERRAL & ASSISTANCE SERVICES provides information, referral, and emergency financial assistance to residents of Clinton County.

Services include:
-Limited financial aid for emergency situations including utilities, rent, prescription medications, glasses, clothing, school supplies, holiday assistance, transportation, birth certificate retrieval, Iowa identification, books for GED testing, etc.
-Pantries United--two food sites for emergency food and household supplies.
-Bike Program--Distributes unclaimed and stolen bikes from police department to kids in need.
-JERICHO Program--Transitional housing facility for families not eligible for other programs Must participate in individually designed programs to assist families in moving toward independence Two-year follow-up support.
-Advocacy for families in crisis.
-Coordination of existing services and aid to meet individual family needs.
