Once the food comes into the pantry, it is inventoried. Then administrators can determine how many boxes can be distributed that month and how much food can go into each box. The collected food is distributed the third Saturday morning of each month. An average of about 35 volunteers give an hour and a half of their time the Friday night before to pack and prepare the boxes of food for distribution. On the distribution mornings, recipients go to the Fulton United Methodist Church to complete paperwork and then go and pick up their boxes at the food pantry's warehouse. Food pantry administrators have developed a system of administering the distribution that makes it quicker and easier for all involved.

The person with a fixed goal, a clear picture of his desire, or an ideal always before him, causes it, through repetition, to be buried deeply in his subconscious mind and is thus enabled, thanks to its generative and sustaining power, to realize his goal in a minimum of time and with a minimum of physical effort. Just pursue the thought unceasingly. Step by step you will achieve realization, for all your faculties and powers become directed to that end.
-- Claude Bristol
