The program offers many meal selections, including diabetic, low sodium, low cholesterol, renal and puree entrees for restricted diets, traditional choices, breakfast entrees, soups and ethnic meals, plus desserts. Menus and recipes are developed by a registered dietician and geriatric physician. Funding is available through Medicaid Waiver, Long Term Diversions and Medicaid PAC (Project AIDS Care).
