Their Mission Statement is to assist the working poor, homeless and near homeless. They endeavor to help their clients meet the basic needs like housing, food, and other needs as they emerge in importance; they will advocate on their behalf.

Tenant Based Assistance-6 to 12 months limited temporary rental assistance to low-income households. Clatsop County Regional Food Bank is a member of the Oregon Food Bank. CRFB oversees the operation of nine emergency pantries, six shelters and three congregate meal sites throughout the county to provide food assistance to homeless and low income households. Shelter Assistance and Case Management are offered to homeless and low income households through a number of housing grants for rent and temporary shelter.
