Their Mission is to End Hunger in Montana, through food acquisition and distribution, education and advocacy.

Support for their programs comes from a variety of sources. Gifts from individuals, grants from foundations, workplace giving campaigns, corporate sponsorship and cause-related marketing are all sources from which they receive generous financial support. Missoula 3:16 Rescue Mission grew out of the need to provide essential services for the homeless, the working poor, and those struggling with addictions in Missoula County, Montana. Homeless people can often think more clearly about their life options after their basic survival needs are met. The Mission cooperates with at least 25 other helping agencies in Missoula through an At-Risk Housing Coalition.

The Mission also operates a School of Christ addiction recovery center, which provides transitional housing for eight men who participate in a long-term (6-18 months) life regeneration program designed to break addicitons and change other dysfunctional behaviors.

Remember, the quality of your life is dependent upon the quality of the life of your cells. If the bloodstream is filled with waste products, the resulting environment does not promote a strong, vibrant, healthy cell life-nor a biochemistry capable of creating a balanced emotional life for an individual.
