Services: The Homeless Assistance Program (HAP) is funded through state dollars in order to assist individuals and families who are homeless or at-risk of homelessness achieve a goal of self-sufficiency and prevent future homelessness. Specific eligibility guidelines and documentation apply. The Homeless Assistance Program may help on a limited basis with rent or security deposit. Each applicant/individual or family must complete and sign a goal plan which describes how that family can resolve the problem areas which led to homelessness or near-homelessness.

Also offers on-site child care for participants, parent education, Adult Basic Education (ABE) and GED classes, life skills education, peer and parent support groups, family wellness program, special programs for teens and their parents, and recreational and social activities. Open Mon-Thur, 10AM-4PM, and some evenings for special programs. Parents and parents-to-be of children from birth to forty-seven months of age may attend the program.
