The following documentation will speed the process of receiving a food basket: * A valid ID (Driver's License, Social Security Card, Birth Certificate, Passport, etc.) for every member of the household. * Proof of address (utility bill, lease, mortgage statement, etc.) Once the necessary documents have been provided they will not be needed again until the the next calendar year, unless changes have occurred within the household such as * Change in household members * Birth of a child * Change of address * Legal name change Each client will be issued a card from the pantry. Either the pantry card or a picture ID will be required each time to pick up the food basket.
