Provides emergency food to homebound, disabled persons in need. Generally, the amount is 3-4 meals of frozen, prepared food, packed according to family size. Food is donated by restaurants and food service companies.

Delivery takes place as arranged M-F: 9:00am-6:00pm

Eligibility:
Serves the homebound, disabled residents of the City of Cleveland. Income must be at or below 100% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines. Service is limited to twice per month (with two week interval between deliveries) and is only available depending on the amount of donations the agency has on hand.

Proof of disability (to be presented on first delivery). Proof of income (pay stub, W2, benefits letter). Will need proof of residence (such as a recent, post marked utility bill or ID card with current address).
