MIDDLE RANGE FOOD COOPERATIVE provides natural foods and herbs, personal care products and supplements are also available. Designed especially for those on special gluten-free diets. WIC PROGRAM offers nutrition education and direct assistance in the form of food coupons redeemable at grocery stores, for pregnant women, infants, and children up to age five.
WEATHERIZATION PROGRAM offers insulating attic and side walls Administers federal Low-income Home Energy Assistance Program - provides heating assistance payments and furnace and hot water heater checks. This program can replace any unsafe furnace or water heater if the client owns their home or rents.

FAMILY DEVELOPMENT is designed to assist families on ADC achieve economic and social self sufficiency.
SHARE IOWA is a non-profit self help program For two hours of volunteer service, participants can purchase a $25-$45 supplemental food package of frozen meats, fresh fruits and vegetables at a reduced cost of $22.00 in cash or food stamps. Food orders must be made in advance; a variety of food packages is available each month. Call or visit web site for local office information; this is a statewide program.
