Provides case management and assistance to homeless veterans who are in need of health care, mental health services, and housing services. Administers the HCHV, Health Care for homeless Veterans, and the HUD-VASH, VA Supportive Housing programs. HUD-VASH provides intensive case management combined with independent supportive living services through Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers.
