NEIGHBORHOOD RESOURCE CENTER: This center provides outreach, information, referral services, holiday projects and serves as a single point of entry for all agency services such as Energy Assistance, Weatherization, and crisis payments This location has NEST Program Food Pantry and clothing room are housed here
NEST PROGRAM: An incentive-based, parent education and support program to pregnant women and children through 3 years of age The goal of the program is to prevent birth defects and improve the health of pregnant women and their babies by providing incentives to encourage early prenatal care and parent education.
