Provides a school supply store open to Northern Harford County income-eligible families prior to school starting (students "shop" for their choice of supplies) and to North Harford District teachers year round. Teachers can pick up supplies, gift cards and funds for SAT/ACT & college application fees for low-income students. Call for information. Assistance is only for residents of specified zip codes. - - 8) CASE MANAGEMENT: Provides on-site case management to those in need.
