Provides rent and utility assistance through participation in ESN (Emergency Services Network). Accepts applications for CAA (Community Action Agency assistance), STCS (Short Term Crisis Services), FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Administration), LIHEAP (Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program), and URRD (Utility Repair, Replacement and Deposit). Also accepts and screens applications for HUD housing, Section 8 pre-applications and Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) home repairs. Offers referrals to other services.

Services:
Provides case management for individuals and families with low incomes and those who are homeless. Provides basic needs including clothing, congregate and home delivered meals, food boxes, rent and electric utility bill payment assistance, weatherization services, limited transportation, and information about and referrals to additional community resources. Assists with air conditioning repairs during the summer for those who cannot afford to pay for the repairs themselves.
