Accepts applications for CAA (Community Action Agency assistance), STCS (Short Term Crisis Services), FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Administration), LIHEAP (Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program), and URRD (Utility Repair, Replacement and Deposit). Also accepts and screens applications for HUD housing, Section 8 pre-applications and Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) home repairs. Offers referrals to other services.

Provides basic needs including clothing, congregate and home delivered meals, food boxes, rent and electric utility bill payment assistance, weatherization services, limited transportation, and information about and referrals to additional community resources. Assists with air conditioning repairs during the summer for those who cannot afford to pay for the repairs themselves.

Eligibility: Residents of Agua Caliente, Buckeye, Gila Bend, Hyder, Palo Verde, Paloma, Rainbow Valley, Sentinel, Tonopah, and Wintersburg with low incomes and people in the area who are homeless
