Neighbors (clients) must participate in the solution to the situation skilled with referral information. Clients must raise or pay back a portion of the bill.
Good Neighbors has been awarded a portion of the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA)'s Emergency Food & Shelter (EFSP) grant for Blount County. This money will be used to provide rent assistance to Blount County residents.
