Offers screening & referrals to other programs within the Salvation Army. Program administers the Neighbor for Neighbor fuel assistance program and the Christmas assistance program.No rental or mortgage assistance is available.Intensive case management services available for families. Food Pantry open to all, Monday-Friday.Neighbor for Neighbor - Provides a one time grant to help pay heating costs. The maximum grant is $400 for National Fuel Gas accounts and $150 to all other vendors. Applicant must live in the National Fuel Gas service area however the applicant does not need to be a National Fuel customer.
