EMERGENCY SHELTER PROJECT provides case management to homeless individuals, assistance to locate housing and access community services needed to transition from homeless status May be able to assist with rent, moving, clothing, transportation, emergency food, personal items, etc DO NOT HAVE TO BE A MIGRANT OR SEASONAL FARMWORKER TO QUALIFY, ONLY HOMELESS OR NEAR HOMELESS.
EMPLOYMENT and TRAINING PROGRAM provides assessment, career counseling, vocational training, Literacy/ABE/GED preparation, work experience, OJT and job placement Emergency Support services such as food and car repairs for in-stream migrants. Participants in educational programs may receive additional other support services (i.e. rental assistance, tools, and emergency transportation and child care assistance).
