Services:
Offers social service assistance to low-income qualifying families from three locations in Butte County-- Chico, Paradise, and Oroville. Eligible applicants can receive emergency food baskets, heating fuel assistance, and clothing and diapers for the family or for job interviews, on a case by case basis. Prescription assistance for antibiotics. Paradise location offers rent payment assistance on a case by case basis. Not all services are offered at every location.

Eligibility:
Applicants for social services must be low income with emergency needs. Requires proof of identification, Social Security or Medi-Cal cards, proof of income, and proof of residence for each member of the household. Eligibility requirements may be different for victims of disaster receiving relief services.

Offers free food, clothing, personal grooming supplies and more. No financial assistance.

Hours:
Tues- Fri: 10am-3pm, closed 2nd week of each month. Food distribution frequency based on pre-approval.

Eligibility:
Clients should demonstrate an emergency need for emergency food assistance, this requires a letter of need from another social services agency (WIC,DESS, pastor or social worker); services are for the individual and their family only; clients can apply showing proof of income, proof of residency and ID to be put on a waiting list in order to receive food assistance once every 2 months (once every two weeks if homeless, no application if homeless); clients can receive clothing once every two months (once every month if homeless). Services are provided but not limited to: homeless individuals, recent parolees, recovery home residents, house fire/mold victims, pending DESS assistance clients.
