Services: The HUD Section 8 Program helps pay rent for qualified applicants. Tenant Based Rental Assistance (TBRA) focuses on helping the homeless and qualified low-income families. Through this program the applicant can receive help with security and utility deposits and rent. The Weir Housing Program, Section 202, consists of apartments for senior citizens or the disabled. Also has rental housing for low and moderate income families at rents generally lower than those in the rental market.
