Food boxes available up to a six times year with a 30 day wait between each.ID, proof of income and proof residency to apply. Rent Assistance:Three day pay or quit and move-in assistance must meet income requirement.Utility Bill Assistance:Energy Help helps pay SMUD bills households, must have a shut off notice. REACH helps pay PG&E bills. Applications accepted from individuals in need who qualify through screening process, only seniors and permanently disabled households qualify if they live in subsidized housing. Assists seniors and permanently disabled clients including renters with their City of Sacramento water bill.
