Eligibility: Individual/Head of household or his/her spouse must be a US veteran who served in active military, naval, or air service and discharged or released under conditions other than dishonorable. Must fall below 50% of area median income for their location. Must be currently homeless OR imminently at risk of becoming homeless. Must reside or plan to reside in the state of Kansas.

Eligibility: In order to receive assistance with rent or utilities must reside in Hilltop community (Lincoln - Oliver - Harry - Bluffview).

Services: To assist families with children to quickly end their episode of homelessness by obtaining safe, secure and stable housing in order to achieve self-sufficiency and graduate from the FRRH program. Assessment and designing a Housing and Stability Service Plan is done in the family's home by case managers.

Eligibility: Family must have at least one adult and one dependent child. Family must be literally homeless: living in a shelter, car or on the streets. Must have a sustainable source of income. Must reside within the city limits of Wichita. Must abstain from all drug/alcohol use. Must be capable of independent living. Must agree to in-home case management at least monthly or more as program deems necessary.
