Services: The primary (long-range) goal is to reduce the number of individuals/families in poverty within a three year period of time (two year active participation and one year follow up) This will be achieved by providing comprehensive case management services and activities to families that are enrolled in the program.
Upon referral, all customers are provided with an orientation to the full array of CSBG

Eligibility: Client must have income below the federal poverty guidelines. Qualification for enrollment in the program will be determined by the income verification process effective the date of application, counting backward a full year. Documentation of this is required, in the form of wage printout of W6 and W7 from ESC, Food Stamps and Medicaid documentation, and pay stubs.

Clients must demonstrate the ability to maintain or a plan for sustainability as part of their responsibility for the assistance provided. As part of their plan for personal responsibility, an increasing number of clients are assigned a referral agreement to engage them in specific counseling or training resources in the community, that will equip them to avoid recurring crisis.
