Services: CEOC offers a broad range of housing advocacy services including: information about tenant rights and responsibilities; eviction prevention education and protections; information on housing subsidies; sanitary code violations & reporting; transfer requests; housing application denials; unjust rent increases; Section 8 Certificates; disability accommodation requests; tenant association and individual tenant leadership development. CEOC works with expiring use tenants to act in response to the specific problems and issues in their buildings.
- CEOC prioritizes keeping people in their homes, because any displacement results in people having to leave Cambridge.
