Clients enrolled and participating in the parenting program may be eligible for additional support.
Participants earn "Care Net Cash" which they can use to shop in the baby boutique, which has items like diapers, formula, clothing and baby furniture.
Limited one-time assistance provided for non-participants.
Those who are pregnant or parenting a child who is 24 months or younger.

Clients must be referred by a social service provider.
Children are welcome to play in the play area while parents shop at the Boutique.
Families with children who are homeless, who are in transitional housing, or who have been in either situation during the past three months.
