OVERVIEW:Provides a food pantry, financial and holiday assistance, as well as an after school and summer camp program for the youth. SERVICES:1) FOOD PANTRY:Offers non-perishable items from in house pantry. NOTE: Food pantry by appointment only. Signup for Christmas assistance is September 17th through October 5th, Monday-Friday from 9AM-12PM. CHRISTMAS: Food baskets are given with toys and gift cards for children 12 and under. CLIENTS MUST BRING: Photo ID, proof of income for entire household, SS cards or birth certificates for entire household, and an itemized list of expenses for the last 30 days.6) HOLIDAY DONATIONS: Holiday food,clothing, coats and gloves, shoes, toys, toiletries, and monetary donations are needed for the holidays. New items only. 7) DONATIONS:Monetary donations, non-perishable food items, gently used clothing and furniture needed.

Provide vouchers for past due rent (once in a 5 yr period) or towards a court ordered eviction up to but no more than 600.00 or one months rent on past due rent notice, prescriptions up to 150.00 (no Narcotics), utilities (water and sewer bill) with shut off notice 75.00. Will assist with 25.00 for propane (1 x a year) can also help with wood for heating thru volunteer group. Can also provide assistance with work related clothing footwear i.e. steel-toe boots. Provide transportation assistance- bus passes and gasoline for job interviews and doctor's appointments. Also can help with one hundred dollars for tooth extraction or towards hearing aids. CCAP also provides a food pantry Mon-Fri 10am to 1pm
