Eligibility: Food assistance is available to low income families and families in crisis. USDA income guidelines are used to determine eligibility.
Documents To Bring: Clients must apply in person. Client must bring a picture ID, Social Security Card and Social Security Cards for all family members . New clients must complete an intake form. All clients must sign an Emergency Food Assistance Form, which designates client as head of household and certifies client is the only person from their household receiving food. The form also require client to report all household income, certify need for assistance, and agree to use food for personal use only.
