There is no income eligibility for the services, but proof is required that the need is immediate and that all other potential resources have been exhausted. Assistance may be available for rent/mortgage payment, utilities (water, lights, and heating for current, past, disconnect notice, and deposit), emergency lodging, food, etc.ICARE: Help to pay heating costs for low-income persons in MidAmerican's service area who require financial assistance.
