Helps to establish and/or maintain stable and affordable housing for those clients receiving Medical Care Services (MCS). Funding allows the client to receive rent and utility assistance for the duration of eligibility as determined by the DSHS BVS print-out. A client may receive essential needs, and eligibility is based upon receiving medical assistance through DSHS, as verified by BVS and is based on need.
