Services: Client Services serves those infected and affected by HIV/AIDS. The program includes: medical case management, positive prevention services, housing assistance, transportation, nutritional services including a food pantry, peer support services, mental health and substance abuse counseling, support groups for both infected and affected persons, medical adherence programs, and a speakers bureau. Prevention Services program includes: free counseling and testing for HIV, Hepatitis C, syphilis, gonorrhea and chlamydia; gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender (GLBT) outreach; two weekly transgender support groups; SWAGLY, a weekly GLBT youth program; HIV and sexually transmitted disease prevention services; outreach and prevention services; harm and risk reduction services; education and emotional support services; and Narcan/naloxone enrollment, education, and distribution program.

Services: The Quinsigamond Village Community Center provides information and referral, advocacy, outreach, neighborhood communication, neighborhood watch, youth and children's program such as: Girl Scouts and Native American program.
- Provides housing search assistance. Offers a food pantry on Mondays and Tuesdays from 9am-3pm, Wednesday-Friday 9:30am-2pm. Thanksgiving and Christmas basket registration dates to be announced. They also offer an emergency food program for Military families.
- Offers instructional baseball and basketball, Native American beading classes.
- Assists with food stamp applications, provides income tax assistance during tax season. Alcoholics Anonymous(AA) meetings are also held Wednesdays, in the upper hall, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm and on Saturdays, in the lower hall, from 2:00 pm – 5:00 pm.
