Eligibility: Individuals, aged 18 and over, who have been released from any prison in Ohio. There is not a set limit on the number of times ex-offenders may request baskets, but service depends on availability and individual situations.

Services: Provides a food pantry to those in need. Offers a 2-day supply of non-perishable goods, based on family size.
Hours: By Appointment only M-Th: 10:00am-3:00pm.
Eligibility: Serves residents of Brecksville. Assistance is provided based upon need and generally individual(s) can receive service once every 30 days. Cannot assist individuals using wheelchairs as service is provided on second floor which is inaccesssible.

Services: Provides kosher canned and fresh food to those who need it.
Hours: Weekly, pick up by appointment and delivery to homebound individuals.
Eligibility: Serves Cleveland Heights, South Euclid, University Heights, and Beachwood. Service is targeted but not restricted to those who observe kosher dietary laws and whose income should be 200% of the Federal Poverty Limit or less. Households that do not meet the income guidelines but have extenuating circumstances (such as loss of income or some other financial hardship) may be served on a case by case basis.
Documents To Bring: Proof of Address/Residency: Current postmarked utility bill, Ohio Works First (OWF) statement, or other official document (such as that received from Social Security). Proof of Income: Public assistance benefit letter, Social Security benefit letter, Medicaid Card or paycheck stub. Proof of Family Size: Birth certificates, Medicaid/Medical cards, or school enrollment forms (for each member of the household). If income is over the guidelines, may be asked to bring proof of extraordinary extra monthly expenses.

Eligibility: Residents of 44102 who meet TEFAP guidelines. Client can receive assistance once a month.

Hours: Last F of each month: 8:00am-12:00noon, except in November and December when it is held on an earlier Friday of the month so that clients have food for the holidays (call for specific date).
Eligibility: Must reside in zip codes 44103, 44108, or the northwest part of 44106 (includes Ansel Rd., otherwise decided on a case-by-case basis), and have income at or below poverty level. However no one is turned away.
Documents To Bring: Proof of Residence - utility bill. Proof of Income - welfare letter, paycheck, or Social Security statement. Photo ID. Proof of family size (children).

Services: Offers a food pantry that provides about a three-five day supply of food. Does not provide any other type of assistance, only food.
Hours: January through October: 4th Saturday of the month Sa: 8:00am-10:00am; November and December: 3rd Saturday of the month Sa: 8:00am-10:00am.
Eligibility: Must be low-income. Targets those who live in the zip code areas 44108, 44106, and 44103. Client can receive assistance once per month.
Documents To Bring: Photo I.D. for head of household; Proof of residency such as a current utility bill. Completed registration form.

Services: Provides a variety of food services for those with HIV/AIDS. Provides two grocery bags of non-perishable food, food supplements, special fortified frozen meal delivery (5-day supply delivered each week), and 7 day home-delivered maintenance meals for the homebound (1 hot/1 cold -diabetic and low-sodium accommodated). Offers transportation for medical HIV-related appointments and nutrition counseling also.
Hours: Varies: days, evenings and weekends. Fortified frozen meals are delivered once per week. Hot/cold meals are delivered as often as 5-7 days per week, including weekends and holidays.
Eligibility: Those with HIV. For fortified frozen meal delivery, must be at risk of wasting; for hot/cold meals, must be homebound. Client can receive 2 bags of food once per month.
Documents To Bring: Varies. For home delivered meals and supplements will need a written referral from a physician and proof of residency and income.
