The Bridge is a Food Pantry and Clothing Closet located on the property of the Avon Grove Church of the Nazarene. It is housed in a trailer behind the main church building. This program is meant to meet the physical and spiritual needs of individuals who find themselves in a difficult and unexpected circumstance. This compassionate ministry helps meet physical needs, as well as offer a place for emotional and spiritual encouragement much needed in difficult times.

St. Agnes Day Room is located behind St. Agnes Church, on New Street. It was founded to serve the basic needs of the poor and the homeless in the West Chester area.
