*utilities (past due or due in 5 days, does NOT help with deposits).
Call the first of the month for financial assistance information; financial assistance is first come, first serve on a monthly basis and appointments go quickly. Salvation Army has a limited number of appointments available for financial assistance each month. Must call for an appointment, no walk-ins for financial assistance accepted.
Must be able to show a documented significant decrease in one's income or some an emergency in the last 90 days is required (Examples: loss of job, decreased work hours, medical emergency with paid bill receipts, other recent paid bills such as car expenses, death, proof of a gap between lost job and unemployment, etc.)
Also, conducts programs for youth and adults that include after school program, summer day camp, summer camp, and church services.
