(Helping Our People Excel) is an all inclusive volunteer program that works throughout the community to help individuals and families with minor home repairs, apply for SNAP/Food Stamps, Medicaid, CHIP's, and TANF benefits.  Offers employment information, Veterans Services, Educational Opportunities and has a Food Pantry.  Provides individuals with translation of correspondence, electrical assistance, Weatherization Program, Computer Classes, and Budget counseling; Will also provide information for Parent and Family counseling, Alcohol and Drug Rehab, Senior Services , Career counseling and Domestic Violence Assistance.
