The Women's Circle provides service to all individuals who have experienced domestic violence and sexual assault This agency is a non-profit organization Services provided include: 24 hour crisis line, support groups, support in court, assistance in obtaining restraining orders, orders for protection, community education, free in-services and workshops on domestic violence to any group, information and referrals, confidential help with legal, medical, social and other services, advocacy, safe shelter on site, transportation needs, food and clothing.

Services: Dorothy Day Food Pantry Serves Individuals And Families In Cass And Clay Counties Who Meet Federal Poverty Guidelines. We Operate On The Choice Model, We Are Are Set-up Similar To A Grocery Store, And Clients Can Choose Their Own Food. We Offer Nutritionally Balanced Food Baskets, Including Both Perishable And Nonperishable Food Items. Clients Can Come Once Per Month To Receive A Food Basket. In Addition, Clients Can Come Every Friday To Receive Perishable Items Left Over From The Week.

Documents To Bring: The following documentation will speed the process of receiving a food basket: * A valid ID (Driver's License, Social Security Card, Birth Certificate, Passport, etc.) for every member of the household. * Proof of address (utility bill, lease, mortgage statement, etc.) Once the necessary documents have been provided they will not be needed again until the the next calendar year, unless changes have occurred within the household such as * Change in household members * Birth of a child * Change of address * Legal name change Each client will be issued a card from the pantry. Either the pantry card or a picture ID will be required each time to pick up the food basket.
