Signup for Christmas assistance is September 17th through October 5th, Monday-Friday from 9AM-12PM. CHRISTMAS: Food baskets are given with toys and gift cards for children 12 and under. CLIENTS MUST BRING: Photo ID, proof of income for entire household, SS cards or birth certificates for entire household, and an itemized list of expenses for the last 30 days.6) HOLIDAY DONATIONS: Holiday food,clothing, coats and gloves, shoes, toys, toiletries, and monetary donations are needed for the holidays. New items only. 7) DONATIONS:Monetary donations, non-perishable food items, gently used clothing and furniture needed.

SERVICES: 1) FAMILY STABILIZATION SERVICES: Provides in-home support and counseling to families with potential risk of out-of-home placement. Offers case management and behavior management strategies, supportive counseling, parent education, informal home based mediation, and 24-hour crisis assistance. 2) TARGETED CASE MANAGEMENT: Focuses on linking individuals to community resources such as rental assistance, employment, individual counseling, and substance abuse rehabilitation.
