Services: Provides a stable and supportive setting for persons with serious mental illness, CRRS strives to allow individuals the opportunity to remain connected to their community. Residents live in a home-like environment where they receive support and rehabilitation appropriate to each individual’s levels of function, enabling them to progress at their own pace from transitional living to living independently.
Hours: Weekdays, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Eligibility: 18 to 65 years of age; Residents in Butler or Washington counties; Diagnosed with a primary mental health disorder; Active consumers of a Base Service Unit; Ready to plan for the future and have goals to attain; Foresee independent life in the community
