Services: Emergency financial assistance is available for life threatening situations (rent, utilities, etc.). Money is not used for deposits, first month's rent, or old debts.
Eligibility: Can receive assistance once every 12 months. After receiving assistance 5 times, eligibility increases to once every 24 months. Enfield, Mill Shoals, and Heralds Prairie Townships may have different requirements. Also, those receiving SSI are ineligible.
