Pathways of Hope program provides case management for help finding employment.

Eligibility:
Low income households with limited assets. Household must make all energy required payments for six months prior to the application for both primary and secondary fuel sources.

Documents To Bring:
Proof of residence; proof of income (earned and unearned) for all permanent household members; proof of assets (cash on hand, checking/savings/credit union accounts, etc); Birth Certificates; and Social Security cards for all permanent household members.

Assist low income veterans and their families in obtaining and maintaining permanent stable housing. Assist veterans and their families through strengths-based goal planning to address current gaps in the veteran's ability to secure of maintain stable and sustainable permanent housing.

Eligibility:
Individual/Head of household or his/her spouse must be a US veteran who served in active military, naval, or air service and discharged or released under conditions other than dishonorable. Must fall below 50% of area median income for their location. Must be currently homeless OR imminently at risk of becoming homeless. Must reside or plan to reside in the state of Kansas.

In order to receive assistance with rent or utilities must reside in Hilltop community (Lincoln - Oliver - Harry - Bluffview).

To assist families with children to quickly end their episode of homelessness by obtaining safe, secure and stable housing in order to achieve self-sufficiency and graduate from the FRRH program. Assessment and designing a Housing and Stability Service Plan is done in the family's home by case managers.

9 am - 4:30 pm Mon - Fri.

Eligibility:
Family must have at least one adult and one dependent child. Family must be literally homeless: living in a shelter, car or on the streets. Must have a sustainable source of income. Must reside within the city limits of Wichita. Must abstain from all drug/alcohol use. Must be capable of independent living. Must agree to in-home case management at least monthly or more as program deems necessary.
