A Christian-centered organization that provides comprehensive supportive services to families throughout the area. SERVICES: 1) FAMILY STABILIZATION SERVICES: Provides in-home support and counseling to families with potential risk of out-of-home placement. Offers case management and behavior management strategies, supportive counseling, parent education, informal home based mediation, and 24-hour crisis assistance. 2) TARGETED CASE MANAGEMENT: Focuses on linking individuals to community resources such as rental assistance, employment, individual counseling, and substance abuse rehabilitation.
