Services: The Transitions program provides scattered site rental assistance for those whose income and/or level of disability requires ongoing support. Up to 8 rental subsidies are provided. Clients using this program typically struggle with serious mental illness and/or substance abuse, and are homeless or at risk for homelessness. As with Bridge House, this program component includes case management and support services. Apartments are located throughout the Greater Taunton/Attleboro area, depending on where the client wants to live. A major service includes landlord – tenant matching, negotiation of issues and ongoing support to both tenant and landlord.

Services: (WIC) Women, Infants and Children -Supplemental Feeding and Nutrition Program provides food vouchers allowing them to purchase milk, eggs, cheese, juice and iron fortified cereals and formula. Career Closet serves, loss from fire or water damage, income eligible men and women who are completing job training and education programs and seeking employment. Job seekers may obtain, at no cost, work appropriate clothing for their job interviews.
Food Pantry:Monthly food distribution is offered to assist food insecure households. Individuals/Families in need of food assistance may come to our pantry once a month. When you arrive, our staff will help you select food that you/your family will enjoy. The amount of food you receive is based on your family size. Parents as Teachers (PAT) is a national, evidence-based family visiting program that provides free and voluntary support to families.PAT serves expectant mothers and families,Parent educators work with families to identify medical homes and provide families with developmentally appropriate activities to do with their children.
