Services: Provides an onsite food pantry by appointment.Offers a walk-in baked goods distribution on Mon - Fri mornings; Items may include bread, rolls, biscuits and pastries, depending on donations received.Provides limited financial assistance for rent, local mortgages, utilities (including electric, gas, water), birth certificates, and prescriptions. All assistance is dependent on available funds.Does not assist with rental deposits, only monthly rent bills.Rent assistance is only available to individuals living in apartments and other complexes with formal property management; rent assistance may not be paid to an individual (i.e. group home).

Services: Provides case management for people living with HIV and AIDS. Offers support services, including: access to food pantry with limited grocery delivery, housing assistance, health insurance assistance, help with daily living skills, transportation, psychosocial and spiritual support, vocational and education training and services, mental health programs, substance abuse, and emergency financial assistance with rent, mortgage, utilities (including electric, gas, propane, and water), telephone bills, and limited medication payment assistance.Offers HIV and AIDS awareness and prevention education to the public.Offers opportunities for people in the community to adopt a family for the holidays, as well as weekly drop-in volunteer opportunities.Pre-screens for Capital Area AIDS Legal Project, which provides legal services for people with HIV who meet income guidelines, and for Jack Sensing Dental Clinic, which provides dental services for people with HIV on a sliding scale fee. Clients of these programs do not have to participate in case management.
