Services: Housing Services is dedicated to increasing the quantity and quality of decent, safe, and affordable housing for first time home buyers with moderate, low, and very low incomes. This division administers state and federally funded housing programs for home repairs and improvements; provides subsidies to first time homebuyers for downpayments and closing costs; provides Section 8 Housing Choice Vouchers; coordinates grant awards to affordable housing developers for new construction of homes for very low income and special needs families as well as for affordable rental developments; and provides grant subsidies for utility connections and emergency energy assistance.

3. Proof of all monthly income including Social Security, child support that you RECEIVE, food stamps, financial help from a friend or family member, pay stubs from your job for one month, etc.
4. Proof of all monthly expenses (bills) including utilities (a shut off or disconnect notice & the last months bill if you are coming in for utilities assistance), child support you PAY, phone bills, insurance bills, rent or mortgage bills, etc.

Eligibility: Women over the age of 18, homeless, commit to a 6 month program. Must attend a faith based life skill classes, children up to the age of 8 years of age and a desire to change their lives.
