Provides temporary emergency financial aid for help with rent payments and rental deposits, and utility bill payments. Does not pay for utility deposits. Rent must be at least 30 days past due; rent payments and deposits are capped at $200.00. Utilities covered include electric, natural gas, propane, heating oil, water, and sewer. Payments are generally the amount needed to retain or restore service, although if that amount is large, the payment may not cover entire amount.
