NEST: The program is an incentive-based, parent education and support program to pregnant women and children through 3 years of age The goal of the program is to prevent birth defects and improve the health of pregnant women and their babies by providing incentives to encourage early prenatal care and parent education.

NEIGHBORHOOD RESOURCE CENTER: The centers provide outreach, information, referral services, holiday projects and serves as a single point of entry for all agency services such as Energy Assistance, weatherization, and crisis payments On site services available include NEST Program, Parents as Teachers Education, Substance Abuse Counselor, Head Start Supervisory Staff, FaDSS Specialist.

SUBSTACE ABUSE SERVICES: Comprehensive substance abuse services within the community, including substance abuse treatment, assessments, outpatient counseling, and group therapy.
