Eligibility: Varies by program: There must be written notification of intent to disconnect from the utility company for utility assistance; Must be employed or in Job Find Program for car repair and gas card services.

Services: Provide utility (gas/propane, electric), prescription, and gas card assistance to eligible individuals/families living in the Eastwood School District. MUST HAVE A SHUT OFF NOTICE. The maximum assistance available is $200 every 6 months. One time rent assistance of $100 may be available, but consumer should call the Salvation Army in Bowling Green to be screened for assistance (419-352-5918).

Eligibility: Shut off utility notice and it must be verified. Reside in the Eastwood School District. Eligible every 6 months, up to $200. Assistance depends on fund availability.
