Program includes dental health, nutritional, developmental and social services. Head Start is mandated to furnish 20% volunteer services by parents and the community; Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m.- 2:00 p.m. August-May.
2. Child/Adult Care Feeding Program - Reimburses people who provide meals for children/adults they babysit in their home. Available in East Carroll, Franklin, Madison, Richland,Tensas, and West Carroll Parishes.
