Eligibility: Can receive assistance once every 12 months. After receiving assistance 5 times, eligibility increases to once every 24 months. Enfield, Mill Shoals, and Heralds Prairie Townships may have different requirements. Also, those receiving SSI are ineligible.

Focuses on holistic efforts for children, youth and families whoâve experienced trauma, most often due to violence, addiction poverty and homelessness.
