Emergency financial needs must live in Lucas County (minimum of 90 days).

Eligibility: For emergency financial assistance, as defined by Ohio Revised Code 5901, must be an "honorably" discharged veteran (spouse, dependant child) who has established residency in Lucas County (for a minimum of 90 days) and who can provide a photo ID and required "need" documentation (e.g. Eviction / Shut-off Notice) as well as meet the income eligibility guidelines (at or below 200% FPG).
